Funding & Sustainability Consultation

We provide strategic consulting to help cultural institutions, organizations, and businesses secure funding and build resilient, long-term operational models. By aligning financial strategy with environmental, social, and cultural sustainability, we ensure your project not only gets off the ground but thrives in the long run.

1. Funding Strategy & Capital Acquisition

We map out funding opportunities and develop compelling proposals to secure resources from diverse channels:

⚫ Grant & Program Mapping – Identification of regional, national, and EU funding programs (e.g., Creative Europe, Horizon, ESPA) tailored to your mission.

⚫ Proposal Development & Grant Writing – Complete drafting, documentation, and submission management for public and private grants.

⚫ Sponsorship & Partnership Frameworks – Designing sponsorship packages and strategic partnerships with private sector stakeholders and philanthropic foundations.

2. Strategic Planning & Financial Feasibility

We build structured financial plans that balance ambitious vision with realistic execution:

⚫ Budgeting & Cost Management – Comprehensive cost estimation, cash-flow projections, and resource allocation models.

⚫ Feasibility & Business Studies – Market analysis and financial viability assessments for major cultural projects and infrastructure.

3. Long-Term Sustainability & Impact

We ensure your initiatives remain relevant, accessible, and financially durable beyond the initial funding phase:

⚫ Sustainable Operations – Strategies for energy efficiency, waste reduction, and eco-friendly exhibition design (green museums & cultural hubs).

⚫ Audience Retention & Monetization – Developing sustainable revenue streams through ticketing strategies, merchandising, venue hire, and membership programs.

⚫Social Impact Assessment – Measuring and reporting on social, educational, and cultural impact to demonstrate value to stakeholders and funders.

Exhibition Curation

We undertake the comprehensive curation and implementation of exhibitions, bridging museological research with contemporary design. From strategic planning to final delivery, we cover every stage of the project:

1. Strategy & Research

We define the project framework by analyzing its potentials and constraints:

⚫ Mapping & Project Description: We assess the organisation’s specific needs and requirements in relation to its operating environment, including location, target audiences, the presence of other cultural institutions, and financial and operational parameters. We identify the organisation’s objectives, expectations, and aspirations to develop a comprehensive proposal tailored to the project’s unique needs.

⚫ Requirements Assessment & Risk Management: We systematically evaluate the project’s requirements to identify potential risks, constraints, and challenges that may affect its implementation. By analysing technical, operational, financial, and organisational factors, we propose alternative solutions and develop mitigation strategies that ensure the smooth delivery of the project, the efficient use of resources, and the successful achievement of its objectives.

⚫Public Identity Development: We design and shape the public identity of organisations and cultural projects by highlighting their distinctive character, values, and vision. We define the communication strategy, interpretive narrative, and key messages that will engage target audiences, ensuring a coherent and recognisable public presence. This process includes developing the project’s cultural identity, positioning it within the wider cultural landscape, and establishing guidelines for its visual and verbal communication, thereby strengthening its visibility, credibility, and connection with its audiences.

2. Design & Planning

We transform concepts into complete proposals. We begin with mood boards and preliminary designs to visualize the outcome, progressing to full planning documentation:

⚫ Museological & Museographic Studies: We develop the scientific and interpretive narrative of the exhibition and translate it into a coherent spatial design, creating a comprehensive and engaging visitor experience.

⚫ Audience & Accessibility: We analyze the characteristics, expectations, and needs of diverse visitor groups while ensuring full physical, sensory, and cognitive accessibility, making exhibitions inclusive and welcoming for all.

⚫ Educational Programs & Activities: We design educational workshops, participatory activities, and complementary public events that enhance interaction, encourage active audience participation, and extend the impact of the exhibition beyond the gallery space.

⚫ Budgets, Project Timelines & Funding Strategies: We prepare realistic budgets, detailed implementation schedules, and funding proposals, identifying opportunities through grants, sponsorships, and cultural funding programs to ensure the project’s long-term sustainability.

3. Implementation & Supervision

We supervise the step-by-step implementation of the plans on-site, ensuring absolute execution quality:

⚫ Exhibition Construction & Display: We coordinate and supervise the production of exhibition structures, showcases, and custom display elements, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship, appropriate materials, and compliance with all technical specifications.

⚫ Lighting & Graphics: We oversee the installation and adjustment of architectural and exhibition lighting, as well as the implementation of graphics, including signage, labels, and interpretive texts, to maximize readability, orientation, and atmosphere.

⚫ Exhibition Implementation: We supervise the installation and positioning of exhibits and collection objects, strictly adhering to international standards for object handling, preventive conservation, security, and display.

4. Handover & Sustainability

We deliver the completed project and conduct evaluations and refinements. We remain by the organization’s side even after completion, ensuring the long-term sustainability of the projects.

Educational Programmes

We design and implement tailored educational initiatives that transform cultural heritage into experiential knowledge. At the same time, we empower institution personnel by transferring the necessary expertise to ensure programs remain active, autonomous, and sustainable over time.

Our Methodology
Our approach unfolds across 4 consecutive stages, ensuring that every educational program is scientifically grounded, inclusive, and customized to the specific needs of each institution:

1. Audience Research
⚫ We map the specific characteristics of target groups.
⚫ We define the learning, emotional, and sensory goals of the initiative in close collaboration with the institution.
⚫ We identify key artifacts or thematic units that will form the core of the educational narrative.

2. Program Design
⚫ We develop interactive scenarios, discovery games, sensory paths, and digital applications based on the principles of Heritage Interpretation.
⚫ We design and produce custom materials (educational kits, printed guides, museum kits/backpacks, digital guides, and hands-on objects).
⚫ We test the program with pilot focus groups to evaluate flow, timing, and overall effectiveness.

3. Staff Training & Capacity Building
We train institutional staff (museum educators, guards, volunteers, front-of-house personnel) for the smouth implementation of the programs

4. Implementation, Evaluation & Evolution
We attend the first official sessions to facilitate a smooth transition and provide feedback for possible actions for improvement

European Programs

Culture as the 4th Pillar of Sustainability
Culture is now internationally and within the European Union recognized as the 4th pillar of sustainable development —alongside the economy, society, and the environment— as it shapes values, fosters social cohesion, and drives local development.

The foundation of this perspective originated with the EU Charter of Fundamental Rights (2000) and UNESCO’s international Conventions on Cultural Heritage (1972, 2003) and Cultural Diversity (2005). A key milestone was Agenda 21 for Culture (2004), which explicitly established culture as an essential component of sustainability, shaping modern European strategy. Today, this recognition translates into targeted European funding opportunities that connect cultural policy with the green and digital transitions.
